1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and KK8 ("KK8", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at kk8.casa ("Platform", "Website").

By accessing, browsing, registering, depositing funds into, or placing any wager on the KK8 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the registered user profile created by a Player on the KK8 Platform, used to access gaming services and manage funds.
• "Balance" — the total of all real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits or free bet allocations granted to a Player by KK8 under specific promotional terms, subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
• "Deposit" — a transfer of real money from a Player's personal payment method into their KK8 Account balance.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under applicable regulations, including submission of valid government-issued identification.
• "Platform" — the KK8 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming and betting services operated under the domain kk8.casa.
• "Rollover / Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Player must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" — a transfer of funds from a Player's KK8 Account balance to a Player's designated personal payment method.
• "MYR / RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the functional currency of the KK8 Platform.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on KK8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. KK8 strictly prohibits access to and use of its platform by any individual under 21 years old.
2. You are a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, or third-party agents may not register accounts.
3. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and are not subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or regulatory direction that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.
4. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of KK8 or any of its affiliated entities.
6. You are not acting on behalf of any third party, and all funds deposited into your Account are your own and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.

4 Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on KK8. The registration of multiple accounts by any single person — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information at all times. KK8 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account details provided by the Player, including failed withdrawals caused by incorrect payment account information.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time authentication codes with any third party. KK8 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain reasonable security practices.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify KK8 Support immediately via the 24/7 live chat channel.

4.4 KYC Verification

KK8 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any point during your use of the Platform, KK8 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

KK8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved Malaysian payment channels:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online Banking / FPX: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow, FPX
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), Ethereum (ETH)

All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). KK8 does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in the name of a third party.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via approved e-wallets and FPX channels are typically credited to your Account balance within minutes of confirmation. KK8 does not charge any deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal is approved.
• All applicable wagering requirements on any active bonuses must be satisfied in full prior to withdrawal.
• The withdrawal amount requested must not exceed your available real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds).
• Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfers via DuitNow or FPX may take up to 15–60 minutes.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Member Centre at the time of request. KK8 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice, subject to providing reasonable communication to affected users.

6 Promotions & Bonuses

6.1 General Bonus Terms

KK8 offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback deals, birthday rewards, and referral incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion:

• Slot games contribute 100% of each bet staked toward rollover completion.
• Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute between 10% and 20% of each bet staked.
• Sports betting Mix Parlay wagers contribute 100% of each qualifying stake.
• Progressive jackpot games may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a bonus is active and not yet cleared, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is MYR 250 unless a lower limit is specified in the individual promotion terms. Exceeding this limit will result in the immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry window stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses not cleared within the expiry window will be forfeited automatically. No extension of expiry will be granted except at the sole discretion of KK8 management.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

KK8 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus — and to close the associated Account — where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses via separate accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or participating in arbitrage strategies.

7 Wagering Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting wagers placed on KK8 are governed by the betting rules published within the sportsbook interface. KK8 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a clear pricing error has occurred, where the outcome is no longer in doubt at the time of placement, or where the event was cancelled prior to the minimum required play time.

7.2 Casino Games

All casino games on KK8, including live dealer tables and slot titles, are operated by licensed third-party game providers. The rules governing each game are displayed within the game interface. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages and game volatility information are available within the game information panels where provided by the game supplier.

7.3 Bet Settlement

Winning bets are settled in accordance with the official results declared by the relevant governing body, sports association, or game provider. In the event of any dispute regarding settlement, KK8's decision — following review of all available evidence — is final and binding.

7.4 System Errors

In the event of a platform or game system error that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcome, or payout figure, KK8 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and restore all balances to their pre-error state. KK8 is not liable for any losses or missed winnings caused by a technical malfunction.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the KK8 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following will face immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain without immediately reporting them to KK8 Support.
• Participating in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other activity designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or proceeds of crime.
• Placing bets on events where you have access to non-public insider information.
• Engaging in arbitrage strategies, matched betting exploits, or systematic approaches specifically designed to generate risk-free profits from KK8 promotions.
• Attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the KK8 Platform — including but not limited to the KK8 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of KK8 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of KK8.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KK8 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, loss of profits, or financial losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by server outages, maintenance windows, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or e-wallet providers that affect your ability to deposit or withdraw.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain appropriate account security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit KK8's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

11 Account Termination

11.1 Termination by KK8

KK8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, non-compliance with KYC requirements, or inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. Where an Account is closed due to verified breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

11.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting KK8 Support via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (after satisfying all applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to KYC clearance.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gambling reasons may do so by contacting KK8 Support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of verification.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between KK8 and a Player, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through KK8's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our Support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within a reasonable timeframe, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate legal mechanisms available under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

The English language version of these Terms is the binding version. Any translation provided for convenience does not alter the legal force of the English text.
